AGRODART / CAREERS

Finance Manager

Full-time · Whitefield, Bangalore

The opportunity

Agrodart is a fast-growing agri-commodity trading and warehousing company headquartered in Whitefield, Bangalore, with operations spanning multiple states across India. We specialise in sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of agricultural commodities including maize, paddy, and wheat — built on principles of transparency, efficiency, and compliance. As we scale our operations nationally, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can bring rigour, structure, and leadership to our financial function.

As Finance Manager, you will own Agrodart's financial operations end-to-end — from day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance to budgeting, audit management, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring our books are accurate, our compliance is airtight, and our financial systems are built to scale. This is not a back-office role — you will have a seat at the table and a direct impact on how the business grows.
