Field Operations Executive

The opportunity

As a Field Operations Executive at Agrodart, you will be the company's eyes and ears on the ground. From overseeing warehouse inflows and quality inspections to coordinating with transporters and local mandis, you will ensure our supply chain runs efficiently and grain quality standards are consistently met. This is a frontline role with real ownership and direct exposure to Agrodart's core trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inflows, outflows, and stock management
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming grain lots — moisture, admixture, foreign matter, and grade
• Coordinate with transporters, clearing agents, and logistics partners for timely dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report daily stock positions to the trading team
• Liaise with local mandi officials, farmers, and agents at sourcing centers
• Use mobile tools and apps to log inventory, quality reports, and operational updates

Experience and requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in agri-supply chain, warehouse management, or field operations
• Working knowledge of grain quality parameters — moisture content, foreign matter, admixture, and grade standards
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple logistics partners simultaneously
• Comfortable working across rural environments, mandis, and storage facilities
• Basic proficiency in mobile apps and digital tools for inventory logging and reporting
• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of Bhojpuri or Maithili is a plus
